30th August 2011 - new site launched
The whole Russell Society web site has been updated.
Some of the new features of the site are:
- Clearer and easier navigation.
- Pages for each RS Branch for their own use.
- New front page with topical items headlined.
- Right hand side bar containing further items and links to subjects on the main page.
- Larger Gallery images and more information of specimens when available.
- Links and document downloads all in one place.
- Better cross browser support and suitability for portable devices.
There is still a some work to do and it will all be in place by the Society's 40th anniversary in 2012. Branches can help by providing photo's and information for inclusion on their pages and all members can submit material for the site or make suggestions for new topics. please get involved you contact me via the link above.
Where new pages are not yet completed links will go to blank pages. As they are added they will be notified on this page along with any changes or additions. Please be patient in this time of transition - Thanks.
